A restaurant’s LED screen

A restaurant doesn’t need to learn how to run a video mixer. It needs to press “Live + ads” and have the right thing happen.
The venue’s screen shows the live feed, advertisers’ campaigns, the menu and the week’s events. Behind it there is a video mixer, our own server, the TV feed, music and a dozen automations. In front, a remote you understand without reading.

We design the solution around your installation and reuse existing hardware wherever it is viable. And if new equipment is needed —LED screens, processors, audio or capture—, we supply and install it ourselves.

What is STUDIO CUSTOM and what can it integrate?
STUDIO CUSTOM is the AV TECH service for designing and integrating bespoke audiovisual solutions. It can combine content and screen management, sound, live feeds, automation and personalised interfaces for phones, tablets or computers. We define features and equipment compatibility around the needs of each project.
Does it work for my type of space?
It is designed for it. Hospitality, retail, offices, gyms and events have different needs, which is why each platform is built around what has to happen in that space and who will run it.
Do I need to install an app?
No. The panel and the remote run in the browser of a phone, tablet or computer. The remote can be saved as a shortcut on the tablet.
What happens if the internet goes down?
It is designed for each installation. In the case study, the screen keeps showing what it last had and, if the outage lasts, stays on the live feed.
Who maintains the platform?
We do. We monitor and update it, and many issues are solved remotely, without a site visit.
How is the cost worked out?
It depends on what your installation has to do. We study each project and prepare a fixed proposal.
